[REPORT] Kashable Customer Survey 2022

We asked recent Kashable customers seven questions about their financial wellness, including how they handle financial stress, how they use financial wellness benefits, and how important these benefits are to them.

The customers represented in this survey, like Kashable’s customer base as a whole, come from a variety of economic backgrounds, employment levels, races and ethnicities, ages, and locations. Thus, after receiving nearly 4,000 responses, this survey can serve as a view into the opinions, feelings, and habits of many Working Americans.

Report highlights:

  • 89% of employees report that they occasionally encounter expenses their paycheck cannot cover
  • 90% of employees agreed that Kashable has helped to reduce their financial stress
  • Over 82% of employees have used Kashable to prevent them borrowing from their retirement plans
