In this week’s edition of Kashable Conversations, we spoke with Supervisor Richard Elias, and Ending Poverty Now Manager, Bonnie Bazata of Pima County, Arizona about what they are doing to promote and protect employee financial wellness.
Pima County has launched Kashable’s Socially Responsible Credit program along with financial literacy programs to help Pima County Employees take charge of their finances and lead more fulfilling lives.
Pima County is helping to lead the charge for public sector employers against car title lenders in Arizona that are financially crippling many low-income families. On July 1, 2018, Pima County selected Kashable to help protect employee financial wellness. Employees now have access to low-cost credit, and the program has seen great success so far.
“I would recommend Kashable to other employers because you are innovative, thoughtful, and have created a product that helps families face difficult financial times that occur over the course of life. You have great ethics that we can depend on, so it’s great to know we are working with a company that has our employees’ best interests at heart.”
-Supervisor Richard Elias, Pima County
Employees are using Kashable’s affordable personal loans to pay down expensive debt, repair their cars or homes, and cover unexpected expenses. Kashable helps preserve retirement savings, build credit with on-time repayments, and avoid harmful options during financial emergencies.
